60 Min Class - Mix of high intensity cardio either HITT or Tabata Training including upper body, lower body as well as core/abdominal training. This way you always have a variety of different workouts each class. Come on send me a message let's talk Boot Camp.

Strength Training

A stimulating way to activate those muscles is through Strength Training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and wellbeing, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. Send me a private message and lets talk strength.

Rehab Training Coming soon

Is your movement not quite right but you don't know what exercises you need to be doing to help get you moving again? I work with your doctor or physio to help get you moving again. Assessments done in studio and will be a standard practice for each new client. Starting June 2022.
